About

Embers of Raediance is a studio and practice rooted in transformation--working with materials that carry history, memory, and quiet potential.

The work centers on noticing what is often overlooked: broken pieces, inherited materials, remnants without a clear next home. Through careful selection, reconstruction, and making, these materials are given form again-sometimes as adornment, sometimes as object, always with attention to what they have carried forward.

The collections include Adornments- wearable works made from new, vintage, and reclaimed materials, and Objects- sculptural and framed pieces built from accumulated components and found jewelry. Together, they reflect an ongoing interest in continuity, use, and reuse.

Each piece is made slowly and intentionally, with the belief that materials carry meaning throughout time-and that they deserve thoughtful handling whether worn, kept, or passed on.

Embers of Raediance also engages in material reclaiming, receiving unwanted or broken costume jewelry to be sorted, reused, or redirected responsibly. This practice informs the studio's approach and reflects a broader belief that objects connected to people and time deserve care, clarity, and respect-especially when decisions about keeping, releasing, or transforming them feel uncertain.

If you have unwanted, tangled, or broken costume jewelry and you’d like to pass it on for reuse or responsible sorting, you’re welcome to get in touch at Embersofraediance@gmail.com.
